Schedule: Aug 5-11; Aug 13-16; Aug 19-25; Aug 26-28; Sept 3-11; Sept 14-20; Sept 28 and 29
Work Details:
· Patients per day: 5-6
· Department Description: Inpatient, Outpatient
· EMR: Epic
Practice Setting:
· Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required certified
· License required: GA required in hand
Credentialing Timeframe: 21 days
