October 17, 18, 19, 20, 31
November 1, 2, 3
December 23, 24, 30, 31
January 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Work Details:
· Support staff: 1 NP/PA
· Department description: Surgery - Vascular
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: general surgery, Vascular Surgery, Aneurysm repairs, Abdominal, Peripheral, Vascular access devices
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification Required
Must have CA license
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
