Cardiovascular Surgery NP or PA needed near Fort Wayne IN! Make up to $150/hr + travel/lodging.

Job description

Start Date: 10-30 day credentialing
End Date: Ongoing
0630-1700 4x10 position with on-call included.
Working in the OR doing cases. T
Take call 1-2 nights a week 1700-0700 and then be on call on the weekends from Saturday 0700-0630 on Monday morning.

Work Details:
· Patients per shift: 2-3 surgeries
· Department description: Trauma Level 2 Facility
· EMR: Cerner
· Skills required: CSFA or PA with cardiothoracic experience. PAs must know how to endo vein harvest.

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active IN License
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 10-30 Days if clean background
