13-week assignment with the option to extend

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: Looking for one provider to work full time in Vascular Surgery. 4/10s per week, 7 days required 24 hour call
per month

Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 8-12
· Providers Requested: 1
· Department description: Trauma Level 2 Facility
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Vascular Surgery Background
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License, Compact for NP’s
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
