Urologist needed in Indiana

Looking for a Urologist to help cover while provider is on leave!
Must have IN license to be presented and DEA (or one that is easily transferrable) & must be Board Certified
EPIC= EMR
Inpatient and out patient if possible but will take inpatient only
Must be able to Perform emergent procedures
Schedule: all starting Monday at 7am until following Monday at 7am. 1 in 3 week call schedule. If we can get clinic coverage also this would be helpful. Clinic 8:30am-4pm Monday-Thursday
Call responsibility: Call starting Monday at 7am until following Monday at 7am. Hospital rounding each day.
Patient volume: Busy call schedule. 30 clinic patients day.
Support Staff: RN, MA and PSR

• One week of call coverage every 3 weeks
