I have a client in Ft. Wayne, IN who is seeking 6 experienced Urologists for locum cover.

Schedule: On-Call 24 Hours
5/21/24 - 5/24/24, 5/28/24, 6/04 - 6/05 , 7/09/24 - 7/12/24, 7/22/24, 8/06/24 - 8/09/24, 8/13/24 - 8/18/24, 8/27/24 - 8/29/24, 9/10/24 - 9/13/24, 9/20/24 - 9/22/24, 10/01/24 - 10/06/24, 10/08/24 - 10/11/24, 10/15/24 - 10/18/24, 10/25/24 - 10/27/24, 10/29/24 - 10/31/24, 11/05/24 - 11/08/24, 11/12/24 - 11/14/24, 11/19/24 - 11/22/24, 11/28/24 - 12/01/24, 12/31/24 - 1/06/25

MUST HAVE ACTIVE IN LICENSE (IN License is needed for the urgent April, May and June needs. The site would consider IMLC candidates for July onwards dates ONLY!)

Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Call Only
· Patients per day: 20+
· EMR: Cerner

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Yes IN License
· Certifications required: Fellowship

Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 Month
