LOCUM POSITION DETAILS #47213 (Bid due by August 16th, at 1 pm MST).
DATES: Must be available for (80%) of Sept-Dec dates.
Sept 16 (8a) – 23 (7a)
Oct 14 (8a) – 21 (7a)
Nov 4 (8a) – 11 (7a)
Dec 16 (8a) – 23 (7a)
Site will need about 1 week per month ongoing into 2025.
• Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level III.
• EMR: EPIC
• Support: MA, NP/PA, RN.

REQUIRED:
• CO state license; active, unrestricted. Accepting Candidates willing to License.
• Board Certificate – Urology
• BLS, DEA
• Clinic patient procedures.

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 8a-4p + 4p-7a (night call) & Sat-Sun (24-hr call 7a-7a).

COMPENSATION:
• Rates include - Orientation, Hourly, Holiday, Call Back, Night Call, 24-hour.
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided - Emergency Temp Priv's available with clean malpractice.
