Urology Physician Needed in Arizona

Job description

Location: Cottonwood, AZ
Start Date: 9/8/2024
Available Shifts:
September 8th-15th, clinic and call

Department Description:
Patients: 20 per day in clinic
Procedures: 10-15 per week
Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MDs
Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)

Practice Setting:
Hospital

Requirements:
Board Certified (or Board Eligible), AZ License (or IMLC), DEA, 1 year experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
