LOCUM POSITION DETAILS #47655 – General Adult Urology with Oncology Experience

DESCRIPTION:
• See/Follow-up with patients (limited clinic)
• Oversees PA on the inpatient side
• Cares for patients needing stent changes in litho, cystoscopies in endo, change ouch stents in endo.
• EMR: Cerner
• Support Staff: RN, MA & PA.

REQUIRED:
• AZ state license; active, unrestricted. Accepting Candidates willing to License.
• Board Certificate – Urology; Board Eligible (within 2-5 years post-education).
• Residency and Fellowship.

SCHEDULE:
• Start date October 25th, 2024 – February 25th, 2024. (4-months)
• Mon-Fri, 8a-5p; no call.
• Bid due – 8/6/2024 by 1 pm MST.

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
• Travel Compensation: Airfare, Lodging, Rental Car/Milage.
