A busy level 3 trauma center with full coverage of emergency general surgery is seeking a physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in East Stroudsburg, PA.
About the clinician's workday
The role includes rounding on inpatient general and trauma surgical patients, managing admissions, responding to trauma activations per ATLS protocols, and performing emergency surgeries. The schedule is 7 days of either day shifts (7 am5 pm) or night shifts (5 pm7 am), with in-house call required for day shifts on Friday and Sunday.
