4 Trauma Surgeons Needed in Dubois

Start mid August

7 week assignment

SCHEDULE DETAILS:

Full-time; 7 on/7 off; 7a-7p plus night call.

Work Details:
• Support staff: Full hospital support from Level II trauma center

• Amount of coverage needed per month: 7 x 12, weekly

• Patients per day: TBD

• Patient population/age: Adult

• Department description: Trauma

• EMR: Cerner

• Skills required: Trauma surgery; pending specific procedures from the client

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Board Certification (Fellowship trained in Surgical Critical Care)

• State license required: Yes, State of PA

• DEA: Yes

• CSR: No

• Certifications required: ATLS

• Minimum experience required: 1 – 2 years post fellowship

Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks for temps; provider MUST complete application ASAP
