Location: Lima OH

Details:
- Inpatient coverage for FMLA
Level II trauma center
12-hour shifts, 7:00p-7:00a
Daily rounding, new consults, admissions
Average 6-12 PPD
5% pads, 35% adults and 60% geriatrics
House codes and RRT
- Procedures required
- August 12 to November 12
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: 30-60 days

Skills and Requirements:
- NP or PA certification
- Ohio NP or PA license
- 1-year Trauma Surgery experience
- AHA BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications
- ATLS certification

Pay Rate: $130.00 per hour

Travel Benefits:
If you reside greater than 50 miles from the facility you are eligible for travel benefits. You will have your travel and lodging arranged by our travel department and paid for in full.

Provided Travel Expenses:
- Round-trip flight
- Rental car and fuel
- Mileage reimbursement (in lieu of flight and rental car)
- Lodging

This assignment is a 1099 contract position. Malpractice insurance is provided for the duration of the assignment with $1M/$3M coverage limits.
