Who: Board Certified Rheumatologist - MD/DO
Dates: 7/29/2024 - 10/31/2024
Location: Outpatient Clinic
Shift Details: Mon-Thur 8a-5p & Fri 8a-12p
Call: No Call
Support Staff: 2 LPN, 1 CMA, 2 MORs
Patients Per Day: Mon-Thur 16-20 & Fri 8-10
Patient Population/Age: 18-90yrs
EMR: Epic
Requirements: BC in Rheumatology, GA license, may consider IMLC
Credentialing Timeline: 30-60 days
