Start Date: June 29, 2024
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift Details: Mon-Thurs 8a-5p and Fri 8a-12p. No after-hours calls.
Call Schedule: no call
Support staff: 2 LPNs, 1 CMA, 2 MORs
Patients per day: Mon-Thurs 16-20 patients per day, Fri: 8-10 patients per day
Patient population/age: 18-90 yrs. old
EMR: Epic (exp preferred)
Skills required: Trigger point injections
Board Certification: BC in Rheumatology required.
Musts have GA license or IMLC license

• Outpatient, M-Th (8a-5p) and Fridays (8a-12p)
• No call, no weekends
• GA licensed or IMLC licensed
