Radiation Oncologist Needed in WA

Start Date: 10-14-2024

End Date: 01-31-2025

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

Schedule: Looking for a Rad Onc for 1-2 weeks of coverage in October and November and specifically for 12/16-12/27
to cover a vacation. Provider will be working 8 hour shift M-F in the clinic, and working night/weekend call while the perm MD is on vacation.

· EMR: Epic
· Bed in department: 3
· Skills required: Intracavitary (i.e. Mammosite), LDR - high dose rate, Linear Accelerator, Conventional/Conformal Therapy, Intensity Modulated Radiation therapy (IMRT), Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), Stereotactic Body radiation therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) - all types, Hyper altered fractionation, Conventional treatment planning, Beam shaping (MLC), 3D CRT, IMRT, PET CT or MRI Image Fusion

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

• 3 months ongoing
• Call required
• Travel and malpractice covered
