TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a BC Radiologist/Oncologist for shift coverage in Longview, WA.

Requirements:
COVID exemptions are accepted; PeaceHealth St. John Cancer Center
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

Schedule:
Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 8-5, M-F
Coverage Dates (Specific, long term only): Coverage October 7-18

Facility/Job Information:
PTO Coverage Oct 7-18
Call Schedule/Responsibilities: TBD
Type of Patients/Cases: Adult
Patients per Day/Volume: Consult 1.9; Follow up: 4.8; IMRT 13.1; daily treatment 8.3; Sumulation 2.3
Clinic setting
Solo, consulting with referring clinicians and Medical Oncologists

REQUIREMENTS:
Radiation Oncology trained
Board Certified Required
IMLC State: Yes- IMLC LOQ in hand, IMLC eligible, non-licensed
WA DEA
EMR: EPIC
