Location: Washington
Rate: hourly M-F, OT after 40 hours, Beeper fee for call weekday nights, weekend call is daily rate with call back hourly.
LOA: October 7-18, 2024
Reason for need: PTO, will be future needs as well
Schedule: Mon-Friday, 8a-5p
Call: Schedule is TBD
Setting: Clinic
EMR: Epic
Volume: Adult patients, 1.9 consults, 4.8 follow ups, 8.3 daily treatments, 2.3 simulation
Other info: Need active WA license or IMLC/LOQ in hand
