A free-standing radiation treatment center is seeking a radiation oncologist for locum tenens coverage.

Pendleton, Oregon has a well-deserved reputation as a town where the best of western tradition and heritage lives on, but there are also enough modern restaurants, shops, and sites in the city as well.

About the clinician's workday

The outpatient clinic position is available for coverage during Christmas and New Year's weeks only, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. The daily patient volume is 20-25 patients on treatment. Hospital privileges are being confirmed and may not be necessary. The EMR and treatment planning system used are MOSAIQ/Elekta Synergy, and treatments include IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, 3D, and electron (skin). The clinic uses Elekta Synergy machines. Board certification and an active state license are required.
