Facility: A community hospital with a 238-bed capacity, offering a vast range of services, including critical care, ambulatory surgery, maternity, cancer care, women's health and behavioral health services. Opportunity: This position would require familiarity and work at both inpatient ICUs The team strives to provide a quality patient experience while offering the most current treatment options and services. Services include a full pulmonary function laboratory, spirometry, chest x-ray, ECG, oximetry, Endobronchial Ultrasound. The ICU Medical Director opportunity is 0.2 FTE administrative/ 0.8 FTE clinical Administrative responsibilities include workflow implementation, determination of quality metrics, handling of inquiries, quality case reviews, etc.- with direct reporting to the CMO Closed ICU This role is full-time with call rotation (night call 2-3 times per month, one of which will occur on a weekend). No overnights (24/7 Critical Care Coverage) Schedule is outlined as: 1 week per month ICU 1 week per month pulmonary consults Weekend coverage is 1 in every 4 or 5 weeks 2 weeks per month in office (if certified in Sleep, one day per week will be in Sleep Center) Compensation: Salary range- To be discussed at interview Additional administrative stipend Relocation assistance if applicable Starting bonus (negotiable) Health, Dental, Vision insurance Paid malpractice, including post-SPHP employment tail coverage CME time & expense allowance Paid time away from the practice Retirement savings program with employer matching program
