A new private practice opening is seeking a clinical psychologist for locum tenens telehealth coverage.

About the clinician's workday

This position offers flexible weekly shifts of 5-10 hours, with the day of the week adjustable. The hourly rate ranges from $140 to $160. The initial assignment is three months, with an option to extend. The clinic serves an adult patient population (18+) and focuses on cases such as PTSD, depression, and schizophrenia. Providers will also dedicate about two hours weekly to supervising two therapists on staff. Evaluations and sessions last 50 minutes, with manual/paper EMR for documentation. Candidates should have at least three years of experience, Medicare credentialing is preferred, and the credentialing process may take 30-90 days. Team collaboration and a willingness to supervise and see new patients are essential.
