Job description

Under the Supervision of Southwestern Mental Health Center Administration, ensures Unity House IRT Services meets Variance to Minnesota Rules parts 9520.0500 to 9520.0090 (Rule 36), including that the service is appropriately staffed with trained qualified personnel, the general needs of the recipients are being met and the overall needs and effectiveness of the program are evaluated and addressed.



EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field required, Master’s Degree preferred.
- Must qualify as Mental Health Practitioner or Mental Health Professional in the State of Minnesota.
- Good verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Certified in First Aid/CPR or ability to be certified.
- Ability to pass DHS Background Study.
- Ability to pass annual Mantoux.
