This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locums tenens support as they seek to fill a current need.


Credentialing finalization takes 8-10 weeks.. Must be Board Certified, have rehabilitation experience, and be willing to obtain a Maine license if do not already have one.

• Setting: Clinic
• Types of Cases: Trigger Point Injections, Botulinum toxin (botox) injections for migraines and spasticity, intrathecal pump management, and Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections for pain management.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8a- 5p
