Job Title: Psychotherapist (LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, will consider pre-licensed MFT clinicians)

Location: Westminster Counseling Center, Minneapolis, MN, a non-profit counseling center serving the Twin Cities since 1978.

About Us: At Westminster Counseling Center (WCC), we provide high-quality mental health and counseling services in a supportive and inclusive environment. We are looking for therapists to help us build a strong, dynamic team that can work, grow, and create together. Located in downtown Minneapolis, WCC has beautiful, fully furnished office space, free underground parking, and the necessary supports to do your job. We have administrative assistance, an EHR with telehealth capabilities and documentation templates, insurance billing support, and assistance with credentialing. Position Overview: We are seeking compassionate and skilled psychotherapists to join our team, providing individual, couple, and family therapy. The ideal candidate will be open to integrating clients’ spiritual beliefs into their therapeutic work while maintaining a strong foundation in evidence-based therapy methods. This role is ideal for a professional who values holistic care and is passionate about making a positive impact in the community. We hope to expand our services to include programming, and ideal candidates will have an interest in being involved in program development and delivery.

This position offers a productivity-based pay structure, with earnings ranging from $40.00 to $70.00 per session (base hourly rate + percentage of collected fees). This model allows for flexibility and the potential for higher earnings based on your caseload and productivity.
