Southwestern Mental Health Center is currently seeking applications for a Minnesota Licensed Mental Health Professional, or Clinical Trainee for our Worthington, MN office. This position will provides individual, family and group counseling, employee assistance services, critical incident stress management, crisis response, community education and agency consultation services.

Licensed or licensable in the State of Minnesota as a LP, LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, LPC, LAMFT, LGSW OR LISW.

SWMHC provides professional liability insurance for all licensed or licensable mental health therapists.

We provide Clinical Supervision from our Licensed Therapists as you work towards your license as a Therapist (LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT license) and we have staff to provide supervision necessary for the LADC license. Licensure Supervision Training is between a $5,000 to $8000 benefit per year that Southwestern Mental Health Center provides for our staff that are seeking licensure.

If you are licensed or when you become licensed, Southwestern Mental Health Center is an NHSC approved facility for the National Health Service Corp. Loan Forgiveness Program & qualifies for the Minnesota Health Care Loan Forgiveness program and the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) Program.
