Location: 50 minutes outside of Waco, Texas! Facility: Service to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who need medical, habilitative or behavioral supports beyond what’s available to them in the Sign up or sign in for contact information campus provides care and staff supervision 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Opportunity: Monday-Friday (8A-5P) – No On-Call/Nor after hours call required} this position will allow tele-workdays being 2-3 days during the week The Psychiatrist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating psychiatric disorders, and performing psychiatric assessments, providing timely, and accurate charting of clinical encounters using our electronic medical records of the residents with intellectual disabilities. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must have good communication skills, organizing, and able to present information. Justification of medication use. Able to work with minimal supervision. Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
