Bronx, New York is the birthplace of hip-hop culture. Its also home to some major attractions including the Bronx Museum of the Arts, the oldest public golf course in the country (Van Cortlandt), Edgar Allan Poe Cottage, Americas first zoo and NYCs sprawling botanical gardens.

About the clinician's workday

We are seeking 40 hours of weekly coverage or two part-time providers working 19 hours each. Onsite coverage is preferred due to reimbursement considerations, though a hybrid arrangement may be considered if necessary. The facility is an outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with MDs seeing an average of 18-21 patients per day. Appointments are primarily scheduled, but walk-ins are accommodated when needed. The cancellation rate is approximately 25-30%. Initial evaluations are allotted 45-60 minutes, while medication checks and follow-up appointments are scheduled for 15-30 minutes.
