• Base Contract: ASAP for 12 months
• Any State License Accepted
• Deadline to Submit: 12/03/2023 @ 9a CST
• Outpatient for all ages; inpatient consults to ED & medical floor
• Monday - Friday, 8a to 5p with NO CALL
• Travel, lodging and malpractice paid
