Join Our Team: Supervisor of Community Support Specialist/QMHP-A ( Loudoun, Fairfax, and Culpeper counties area)

Are you a passionate mental health professional seeking a fulfilling career where you can directly impact lives? HopeLink Behavioral Health is looking for a dedicated Supervisor of Community Support Specialist/Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-A) to join our team in Oakton, VA.

What you'll do:

Provide individual and group therapy to clients, focusing on improving interpersonal skills and independent living.
Develop and monitor individualized recovery plans for assigned clients.
Conduct crisis interventions, safety assessments, and develop safety plans.
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Community Support Specialists.
Train and support new staff, students, and volunteers.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and treatment teams to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
Ensure compliance with CARF, Licensure, Medicaid, and other regulations.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation counseling, or a related field (or Bachelor's degree with significant experience).
QMHP-A licensure
3-5 years of experience working with individuals with mental illness, emotional, and/or behavioral disorders.
