A Regional Medical Center and Psychiatric Unit for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
About the facility location
While in Lubbock, Texas, visit the National Ranching Heritage Center, the Silent Wings Museum, or the McPherson Cellars Winery!
About the clinician's workday
The Advanced Practitioner will be assigned 100 adult male patients. Patients are not seen daily or weekly and they will see roughly10-12 per day. Provider will have 1 hour of admin time a day. There will be In-house call only, no after hours call. In house call will take care of any consults to medical, crisis management referrals from other units, etc.
