This position is for an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in a correctional setting, requiring 10 hours per week, with a preferred workday of Tuesday (other weekdays except Wednesday are also possible). The NP will handle psychiatric evaluations, medication follow-ups, crisis contacts, and collaborate with a mental health team and county administrators. The caseload includes 12-15 adult inmates from a population of 800, with an average length of stay of up to two years. This is an on-site role with no telepsych options.
