-OP (Mostly adults, VERY few under 18)

-Must have Suboxone, Medicare, Medicaid, Covid Vaccine

-Need someone for ASAP start, must be available to start in next couple of weeks

-Will take adult only
Prefers 14+

-Medication management - 30 mins (1st visit can be longer)
Evaluations - 45 mins

-M-F 40 hours

-EMR – Patagonia (full day of training)
