Setting: Clinic
Type of cases: Trigger Point Injections, botox injections for migraines and spasticity, intrathecal pump management, and Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections for pain management.
Credentialing Timeframe: 8-10 weeks
Electronic Medical Records (EMR): SCM
Must have rehabilitation experience
