I have a client in High Point, NC who is looking for a Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation/Physiatrist Physician for locum coverage starting in August. Here are some job details.

Contract Length: 6 months.

Shift Details: 8-hour day shift/Mon-Fri

Schedule: Inpatient only; Fulltime; no weekends

Work Details:
• Support staff: APP support.
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Fulltime; No weekends.
• Patients per day: 10
• Patient population/age: Adults
• Department description: Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation
• EMR: EPIC
• Types of patients: Brain disorders, stroke, Multiple Schlerosis, Spinal injury, chronic pain including back and neck, major bone or joint, serve burns, limb amputation, severe arthritis, severe weakness after recovering from serious illness (infection, heart failure, or respiratory failure)

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required.
• State license required: NC Required.
• Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days.
