Pediatric Urgent Care Physician Opportunity in Boston Heights, Ohio

Job description

• Support staff: Nurses APP ancillary.
• Schedule Details: open to PT or FT 12 week contracts. Shifts include 8 or 12 hours depending on location

Work Details:
• Facility Type: Urgent Care
• EMR: EPIC - Technology: On My Way POCT Imaging basic
• Avg. Daily Census: ranges from 20-60 at different sites
• Patient Age Group: 0 up to 26
• Procedures: Dermabond for suturing or direct to ED - unit has capability to complete pulse ox, VS, oral medication administration
• Additional details: they are low acuity patients. Like what is seen in pediatrician office. We don’t do much suturing they use Dermabond or redirect pts. to the ED. Any high acuity pts that would come to UC would be redirected to ED or 911 called to have EMS take them to the ED

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Required
• State License(s): OH or IMLC
• Certifications: PALS
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1-2 with urgent care experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

• Low volume and low acuity
• Willing to license if IMLC
• Flexible scheduling
