Pediatrician Needed in NC

Location: Reidsville

Start: November

26-week assignment

Support staff: Ability to see pediatric patients independently.
Coverage Type: outpatient
Schedule Details: Monday – Friday 8a-5p with ½ day admin - Full time – no weekends or call

Vaccines Mandatory? Flu shot during flu season
Avg. Daily Census: 18-20
Patient Age Group: birth – 21 years
Procedures: Urinary Cath’s, POC tests, and immunizations (only as back up)

Requirements:
Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC pediatrician
State License(s): NC – will NOT license
Certifications: BLS, DEA
Years of Experience: Seasoned, they’re looking for someone who can confidently manage patient care, with a strong background in the field and a desire to avoid unnecessary ED referrals. The ideal candidate should be comfortable ordering cath’s in the office and open to respectful interruptions for questions from parents. Additionally, they should be proactive in handling complex phone calls directly, rather than leaving them to the CMA.

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days.
