Job description

Start Date: As soon as credentialed 2-3 weeks
Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend
Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week.
8 hour work day. Optional Saturday hours.
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Work Details:
· Patients per day: Will be scheduled to see up to 18 patients.
· Patient Population/Age: Pediatric.
· Department Description: Community Health Center.
· EMR: EPIC
· Basic bread and butter procedures. Well-child visits. OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management.
