A facility in Fontana, CA is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Location: Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 8:30a-5p, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30a-7p - 36 hours weekly
Cases: Well-child physicals for ages 9-12, well-baby and child visits for immunizations
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Requirements: Active California license and Board Certification
