Full Time FNP Opportunity in Des Moines, WA

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend
Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. M-F
Schedule: Monday-Friday
· Patients per day: Will be scheduled to see up to 18 patients.
· Patient Population: Pediatric
· Department Description: Community Health Center. Providers must have experience in these settings or express interest to work with vulnerable populations. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on site.
· Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Well-child visits. OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management.
· EMR: EPIC
· Skills Required: Expected to hit ground running. Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.
· Specific travel client will pay for: Flight, rental car or mileage and lodging.

• Quick Credentialing - 2-3 weeks
