Job title: Medical Assistant
Job type: Contract 6 months (Temp- Hire)
Location: San Mateo, CA
Shift: day (40hrs/week)
Hourly pay rate: $22-$25/HR

Required
Min 1-2 years of strong experience as a Medical Assistant required.
Pediatric experience - required.
Strong EPIC experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist pediatricians and other healthcare providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.
Measure and record patients’ vital signs, including height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
Perform basic laboratory tests, such as blood draws and urine tests.
Administer vaccinations and medications as directed by the physician.
Collect and document patient medical history, symptoms, and other relevant information in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
