Start Date: January 6, 2025
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Shift Details: 4x10 hour shifts scheduled between Monday-Friday
Shift times will range between 6:30a-8p
Candidates must be flexible with schedule

Schedule: Shift times will range between 6:30a-8p, Monday-Friday
Work Details:
• Support staff: triage nurse, scribe, clinical assistants
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 16 shifts per month
• Patients per day: 10-20 patients per day
• Patient population/age: peds
• Department description: Radiology
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size 477

Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients requiring Interventional Radiology interventions in consultation with the Interventional Radiologists; Ordering and interpretation of laboratory and diagnostic tests, post-procedural recovery care, inpatient rounds, consultation with other health care providers, coordination of care, referrals, prescription of medications, and follow up care including telephone updates, triage of complications and clinic visits; Pre-operative history and physical examinations.

Requirements
• Board Certification: peds cert required
• State license required: HIGHLY preferred
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: Yes
• Certifications preferred: BLS, PALS
• Certifications required: BLS, PALS
• Minimum experience required: 1 year in IR

Credentialing Timeframe 90 days

• 26 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
