Coverage Type: Scheduled + No Call
Schedule: Weekdays/Weekends, rotating basis. Day shifts, 4x10hrs, 7a-530p

Work Details:
• Support staff: 3 APPs
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 x 10 shifts per week
• Patients per day: 12
•Patient population/age: Pediatric
• Department description: Pediatric
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: 183
• Skills required: Bone Marrow Transplant experience greatly preferred.

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes, Pediatrics
• State license required: Yes, State of CA
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications required: AHA BLS
• Minimum experience required: 3 years
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days

• 4 x 10 shifts per week - Weekdays/Weekends, rotating basis
• Bone Marrow Transplant experience greatly preferred but not required
