2 Peds Cardiologist Needed in MA

Location: Boston, MA

Start: August

13-week assignment

3 x 12-hour shifts per week

36 hours a week, Night Shift, Start Time: 18:30; Every 3rd Weekend Rotation

Work Details:
• Support staff: NP/PA, MD
• Patients per day: 5 – 25
• Patient population/age: Pediatric
• Department description: Pediatric Cardiology
• EMR: EPIC
• Skills required: The Unit provides close monitoring and high-dependency care for a variety of cardiac conditions. This includes the emergency management of heart defects and the immediate and long term management of other cardiac conditions, including heart failure and heart arrhythmias.

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes, Pediatrics and/or Cardiology
• State license required: Yes, State of MA
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: Yes
• Certifications required: BLS, PALS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
