Pain Management CRNAs Needed in NY (will license)

Location: Utica, NY

Start: ASAP

13 week assignment with the option to extend

Shifts/Schedules: M-F, 8a-5p (Mondays (clinic doing injections) T-F (Surg Center administering anes)

• Support staff: Nursing staff to assist and help prep

• Department Details:
o Surgery Days: 3-4 days per week
o 7-8/week pain management
o 10 podiatry cases every other week
o Neurosurgeon that does 2-3 cases a month (spinal fusions, SI joint infusions)
o Pain Clinic Days: 1-2 days per week
o 10-15 injections/day
o Procedure suite at the office

Types of Injections:
o *Joint Injections with Steroids or Hyaluronans
o *Epidural Spinal Injections
o *Facet Injections
o *Therapeutic Nerve Blocks
o *Trigger Point Injections
o *MR/CT Arthrogram Injections

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: NBCRNA
• State License(s): NY
CSR Req’d: Yes
• DEA Req’d?: Yes
• Years of Experience Req’d:1-2

Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 months
