CRNA needed in Mason City, IA
Practice Setting: Hospital Based and Ambulatory Surgery Center - No pain clinic. Level III trauma center.
OR M-Th 10 hour days, Fri: 5p – Sat 6:30am, Sat: Off, Sun: 6:30am-6:30am, Mon: Off, Tues – Fri – 10 hour days
Otherwise: Sat 6:30a – 6:30a Or Fri 5p – 6:30 am/Sun 6:30 – 6:30
Case Mix: OB, General surgery, GI, Bariatric, Uro, Ortho, Neuro, Cardiothoracic, some ENT (most of it is done at the local ASC), some peds.
Must be comfortable with OB/epidurals, some trauma, simple peds cases, and bread and butter cases to cover call. Really sick peds are usually shipped out.
Support Staff: CRNA will be physician directed the majority of the time.
EMR System: Cerner + paper charting
Credentialing Time-Frame: 45-60 days
CRNA, IA license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA and CSR required
