"Highlights:• Join a well-established, highly respected independent private practice consisting of 6 physicians, 3 APPs, and 5 audiologists, offering comprehensive ENT services to children and adults. • The recruitment is driven by growth, with new patient appointments being booked up to 3 months in advance.• The work schedule includes 4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week, with on-call responsibilities ranging from 3 to 6 days per month (24-hour shifts).• Work in a busy and collaborative clinic environment with no immediate competition, offering a diverse range of cases. Subspecialty interests are welcomed.• The financial package includes a guaranteed salary of $450K.
