Location: San Antonio, TX

Start Date: October/November

3 month assignment with the option to extend

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

Schedule: TBD

Work Details:
·Support staff: 1-2 MA, 1 Office Staff
·Patients per shift: 20
·Department description: Trauma Level 3 Facility
·EMR: Athena/ Medhost
·Bed in department: 3
·Skills required: General Otolaryngology, Surgical, Non-surgical, Endoscopic procedures, Septal, Sinus, Bronchoscopy, Flexible, Rigid, Laryngoscopy

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active TX License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
