Job description

Seeking orthopedic surgeon to provide locum coverage for a client in New Jersey.

Locum Orthopedic Surgeon
24 hour call coverage
Coverage needed 1 week/month starting in May
Locum will be providing ED and inpatient consults and urgent orthopedic procedures and surgical interventions
5-6 consults per day and 1-2 surgical cases
Typical Cases: Geriatric hip fractures, ankle fractures, patella fractures, upper extremities, acute hand issues
Transfer cases when needed to Cooper Univeristy Hospital, Level 1 Trauma Center
EMR: Cerner

• Inpatient, 24 hour call coverage
• Bread and Butter cases
