Job description

Location: Atlanta GA Region

Details:
- Outpatient Clinic coverage
- Three providers needed
- Coverage locations include:
- Crescent, Glenlake, Gwinnett, Southwood, Stonecrest and Townpark
- Providers will be scheduled at primarily 1-2 locations but may need to float to other locations dependent on coverage needs
- Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
- Must have experience with joint, sport and hand pathologies
- No procedures or OR
- 15-20 PPD
- December 1 to March 31
- Potential to extend
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: 30 days

Skills and Requirements:
- PA certification
- Active Georgia PA license
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1-year Orthopedic Surgery experience

Pay Rate: $110.00 per hour

Travel Benefits:
If you reside greater than 50 miles from the facility you are eligible for travel benefits. You will have your travel and lodging arranged by our travel department and paid for in full.

Provided Travel Expenses:
- Round-trip flight
- Rental car and fuel
- Mileage reimbursement (in lieu of flight and rental car)
- Lodging

This assignment is a 1099 contract position. Malpractice insurance is provided for the duration of the assignment with $1M/$3M coverage limits.
