Shift Details: 24/7 Call Coverage
Schedule: Friday-Sunday Weekend Trauma Call Coverage. Could add 1-2 clinic days if desired

Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Every weekend needed. Possibly add 1-2 clinic days, TBD
· Patients per day: Very few call backs into hospital. In last 3 months, 4-5 call backs.
· Patient population/age: Adults only
· Department description: 24/7 Trauma Ophthalmology call coverage needed at level 2 trauma center. Provider must be able to respond to consults or in person within 30 min time frame in order to maintain trauma designation.
· EMR: Epic
· Special procedures: See patients with open globe/rupture, ocular plastics, hemorrhaging behind eye, chemical burns to eye.

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· State license required: VA licensed or in process.
· Minimum experience required: 1-2 years
