Job description

Prescribing medications: assess patient conditions and prescribe appropriate
medications following established guidelines and formulary. Monitor medication management and educate patients on proper usage. Employee relationship building: establish and maintain positive relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a comfortable healthcare environment. Act as a resource for health-related inquiries and concerns. Health promotion: conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees. Address preventive care and lifestyle management.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,
documenting medical histories, treatments, and prescribed medications in
accordance with legal and ethical standards.
-Be prepared to act efficiently in emergencies, providing immediate care, stabilizing patients, and directing emergency
protocols.

Compliance: ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, protocols, and industry standards, including occupational health and safety guidelines.
